Be sure to invite friends to Campbell UMC to join you in attending this Palm Sunday morning’s musical presentation of “The Wondrous Cross”, which may be heard at any of our three March 24th worship services, 8:20, 9:30, and 10:50 a.m.! Featured groups include the Campbell Adult Choir, the CampBell Ringers, the FaithSong Youth Choir, our Lenten Orchestra and the Campbell Praise Team. As part of our Campbell tradition, children will interactively participate in each worship service with the procession of palm branches set to this year’s new original song, “The Lord of Everyone (Hosanna)”.
Hear our Lenten Orchestra, featuring instrumental talents from Campbell and from Missouri State University, as they accompany our Adult Choir on arrangements by choral composer Robert Sterling that illuminate the road to the cross as well as on an original offertory composition, “Three Times, Peter”.
The MSU strings will accompany our morning hymns in a morning filled with music and a message from the Word not to be forgotten. Join us for this beautiful worship experience as the church enters Holy Week together by shouting Hosannas at the Triumphal Entry and kneeling in reverence at the Wondrous Cross.
Everyone is invited…see you in worship this Palm Sunday!
