We will gather on Friday evening at 5:30 pm, with snacks available before we officially begin our retreat time at 6:30 pm. There will be retreat activities until 10:00 pm on Friday evening.
On Saturday morning, we will start with breakfast at 7:30 am, and resume the retreat at 8:30 am. Lunch will be served at noon, and we will finish our retreat time at 2:00 pm.

Come out and experience some Fazoli’s and Freddy’s Frozen Custard and more in our Fellowship Hall – to be followed immediately after by a surprise-filled evening of 1980s hit music and nostalgia in our Sanctuary! David Carr, Cindy Day Hauk, Jason Holland, Mark Kastner and Becky Perryman, and Bill Huff will share a variety of love songs from the decades along with the sounds of the Campbell Worship Band!

Our 1st Annual Campbell Valentine Concert Fundraiser will feature the hits of Lionel Richie, Phil Collins, Stevie Wonder, and super-groups like Journey and Foreigner and much more!

A free will donation is suggested upon entry to support our La Laguna team who is hosting this event in order to prepare for their upcoming trip to minister to residents of our partnering community in Nicaragua.

You will NOT want to miss this!! All are invited to come and enjoy the food and great music for a GREAT cause! See you at 6:30 pm this Saturday evening!

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Methodist Church, and what it means to be a member of a congregation.

This class is open to any age (over the 6th grade) – even adults! We’ll meet in the upstairs classroom of the Youth Barn at 9:30am each Sunday.

Confirmation Sunday will be on May 14th and will feature Bishop Farr of the Missouri Annual Conference!

On Saturday, Dec. 3rd Campbell will serve a meal to around 400 people who are affected by homelessness, joblessness, and addiction in downtown Springfield.
We still need donations of:
  • 15 bags of Salad Mix
  • 10 pounds of Tomatoes
  • 10 pounds of Strawberries
  • 10 heads of Cauliflower
  • 10 bags of Radishes
  • 10 bunches of Grapes
  • 27 packages of 8ct. Hamburger Buns
  • 20 bags of Plain Potato Chips

(Monetary donations toward the purchase of these supplies would also be a great help!)

We also need people to step forward to cut vegetables and fruit so we can serve fresh salads-if you are willing to do this, please email pastorelc44@gmail.com ASAP.
Donations need to be delivered to the church by Noon on Friday, December 2nd.

Campbell’s Breakfast and Bazaar

The Breakfast and Bazaar will be held on Saturday, November 19th from 8-11 a.m.  Ticket prices are $5.00 each for ages two and up with a donated non-perishable food item or $6.00 each without a donation thru Friday.  Don’t wait because tickets will be $8.00 at the door.

Advent Decorating 2016

Come eat lunch togetherand decorate too!
On Sunday, November 20th, from 1 to 4 pm, Campbell UMC
will be getting the church building ready for Advent.
The La Laguna, Nicaragua team will be serving a lunch of soup and sandwiches, for a free will donation towards our travels in July 2017. All are welcome to come eat together!
This year, any group of the church is invited to decorate a Christmas tree that will be displayed in the entrance and fellowship hall. This is an opportunity for your small group, Sunday school class, or team to share about your ministry in a fun and creative way! Please call the front office by Wednesday, November 16th, 2016 to reserve a tree.
The youth of Campbell UMC will e on hand on Sunday to help groups set-up their trees.
